Refund And Returns Policy

If you want to return or exchange the item you can send it back in 5 days after receiving the order. You must contact us through Whatsapp or email with your order details. we will get back to your queries within 24 hours.

We recommend you obtain Proof of postage.

Please note returns are posted at your cost.

We will refund the amount you purchased it for.

Please make sure you check all the items before sending them back they should be in unused/new condition as we send you.

All items will be inspected on return, you will be responsible for their packaging or any damage during enroute.

If by default you received a damaged order then we will responsible for that, In that case for the safe side please make a video clip when you receive and open the item.

If we receive the item in an unsuitable condition, we will send it back to you as it is.

We and our service provider will not responsible if you are not present at the given address and someone else received it.

In case of any complaints or returns, Refunds please contact us in 5 days after receiving the order, after that we might not get back.

Deliveries can not be guaranteed however we will replace or refund in case of lost or damaged items.
